Professional Summary
I am a product designer with 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS. I work on onboarding, admin tools and design systems, from user interviews and workflow mapping to prototypes and handoff. At Sample Studio, I worked with product managers and engineers to make complex tasks easier for business users. The onboarding project I led reduced drop-off by 25%.
Work Experience
I worked as a Product Designer at Sample Studio from Apr 2022 to Mar 2026, designing B2B SaaS products. Onboarding project, Apr 2022 - Dec 2023 Led the redesign of onboarding with 1 PM and 4 engineers. I interviewed 12 customers, mapped where people got stuck, and tested Figma prototypes with 8 participants. I designed the new flow and reviewed the implementation. The team measured a 25% reduction in onboarding drop-off during the 3 months after release compared with the 3 months before release. Design system, Jan 2024 - Dec 2024 I audited the existing interface and built 40 reusable Figma components with usage guidelines. I worked with engineers to document keyboard focus, error and loading states. The system was adopted by 3 product teams. I facilitated a weekly design review and maintained the component backlog. Admin dashboard, Jan 2025 - Mar 2026 I redesigned permissions settings and a CSV import workflow. I wrote interface copy and error messages with the PM, created prototypes and supported QA. In a usability test with 15 participants, the median time to complete the CSV import task went from 18 minutes to 11 minutes. These were test results, not a measurement of all customers.
Education
I studied at Sample Arts University from Apr 2018 to Mar 2022 and graduated with a B.A. in Design. My focus was interaction design, information architecture and user research. For my final project, I worked in a team of 4 to prototype a campus booking service. I was responsible for user interviews and the booking flow; we interviewed 10 students.
